Which AI models can I use?
OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). Available models depend on your plan, and you can switch provider from your dashboard without changing your website.
Will the chatbot make things up?
In Knowledge-base-only mode it answers strictly from your approved content and says so when it can’t find an answer. In AI + KB mode answers are grounded in retrieved sources with relevance thresholds.
What happens outside business hours?
You decide: keep AI answering, queue the chat, show an offline message, or collect a callback request.
Do visitors have to share details before chatting?
Yes. Name, email and phone are collected before a conversation starts, with a link to your privacy notice.
Can I host the admin panel myself?
Yes, on eligible plans. You receive only the authorised admin panel and knowledge-base components — the core platform remains with Devwebs.
How does billing work?
